Insomnia - Always Haunt the Online Writers
62In the evening, is the most peaceful time in the pouring of inspiration into writing because almost no significant interference at that time. Often we put off sleep because of being in a state full of fresh ideas. Over time, we are getting used to the fun of writing at night. Today maybe I can postpone sleepiness about an hour or two, next week I was able to postpone sleep up to four hours, what about next month? I no longer feel sleepy at night. Sometimes I yawn, but it can not force me to go to bed. Things I was doing it was fun, more exciting than sleep, I thought. But my eyes are getting watery as it continued to hold off. Finally at dawn I fall down on the bed, but all that happened was the eyes that were closed with a mind that continues to hover. I can not sleep!
Fact:
Insomnia is a situation when having trouble sleeping or can not sleep well. Each person certainly has been experienced insomnia. Because Insomnia is one disease that is very friendly age, or can strike all age groups. The incidence of insomnia is usually continues to increase as you get older.
Soon even the morning came, all family members began to wake up and start doing the activity. Then that's when I started to fall asleep soundly, but peace did not last long. the problem is not with the online writers, but the problem is growing in every aspect of profession. Writers or thinkers facing this problem more.
I have always had this problem and I have tried all sorts of things. Thanks for the tips, I have a couple of new things to test out now.

I also think some of us our Day People and some Night People and writers are such a mixed lot. I keep a pen and pad handy for any ideas that come when I can't sleep! Which also turns out to be quite often! Good Hub, thanks for sharing these thoughts.
